In an effort to streamline our services and to give you a little more time to budget for your approaching utility bill, beginning with the February 17, 2018 billing statement, we will no longer be mailing out "Late Notices". The statement you receives will be a combined one and will be the only one. Any late amount will be highlighted in a "Red" box for ease of understanding. This statement will be mailed approximately two weeks earlier than before. The due date is not changing so you will have more time to plan. A definite shut-off date will also be listed on your statement so you can plan around that date.
However, we will still be sending out shut-off reminder phone calls before shut-off day. It is very important that we have your correct phone number and an email would even be helpful. If there is a doubt about your correct contact information, please contact the office and verify with the staff.
